Music in Kilkenny’s opening concert of the 2026 Spring season has violinist
Ioana Petcu-Colan, violist Beth McNinch and flautist Vourneen Ryan join
forces for an exhilarating afternoon of chamber music. The trio will showcase
their artistry in a vibrant program featuring Handel/Halvorsen’s virtuosic
Passacaglia, alongside captivating works by Martinu, Beethoven, and
Górecki. From breathtaking technical fireworks to moments of profound
beauty, this performance is a celebration of the brilliance and emotional
power of live music.
