The celebrated Croatian baroque violinist Bojan Čičić joins Kilkenny’s

Malcolm Proud for this lovely programme of baroque music which they will

perform at the Varaždin Baroque Evenings Festival in Croatia at the end of

September. Both musicians enjoy international careers as soloists, chamber

musicians and orchestral players. With Camerata Kilkenny Bojan has directed

the Brandenburg Concertos at the Kilkenny Arts Festival and was the soloist

in Vivaldi’s Four Seasons for a Music in Kilkenny concert. He returns to

Kilkenny in October as leader of the Irish Baroque Orchestra in the Classical

Masterworks concert on 3rd October (details below). This season Malcolm

Proud will perform a Handel organ concerto with the I.B.O. at the Kilkenny

Arts Festival and the Alderburgh Festival in the U.K.
